Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Ingredients :
  • 1 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers)
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
FILLING:
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 c. dairy sour cream
GLAZE:
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Red food coloring (opt.)
Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Instructions :
First of all thoroughly mix ingredients for crust. Press on bottom and sides of 9- inch springform pan. Sides should be about 1 3/4 inches high.

And then combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract; beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crumb crust. Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for about 35 minutes or just until set. Cool about 4 to 5 hours.

FOR GLAZE: Crush 1 cup of strawberries. Add water and cook 2 minutes, sieve. Mix cornstarch with sugar, slowly stir in hot berry mixture. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.

Cook and stir until mixture is thick and clear. (Add red food coloring if desired.) Cool to room temperature. Place remaining strawberries atop CHILLED cheesecake; pour glaze over. Chill about 2 hours...enjoy it !

  • 16 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package Dream Whip (powdered whipped cream mix)
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Instructions:

Prepare whipped cream mix with 1/2 cup of milk.
Blend in softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

  • digestive biscuits (400g)
  • cream cheese (600g)
  • butter (3tbs)

Preheat oven to 350 f gas mark 6

Crust- stir together digestive biscuits crumbs and butter. Mix in sugar thoroughly and press into a pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven temp too gas mark 5

Filling- beat cream cheese in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour into pan bake for one hour until centre is firm. Cool to room temp, then add the strawberries and kiwi on top chill 3 hours

Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Ingredients :
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tsp. fresh orange zest, grated
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 strawberry jam or jelly
Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Instructions :
Beat sugar and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla; set aside. Quarter some strawberries and mash the others. Combine strawberries and brown sugar in small bowl; set aside. Bring half-and-half to a boil in heavy, medium saucepan. Slowly beat the hot cream into the cheese mixture.

Pour all back into pan; place over low heat. Stir constantly with whisk or wooden spoon until custard thickens slightly. Be careful not to boil or the mixture will scramble. Remove from heat; pour though strainer into large, clean bowl.

Allow custard to cool slightly, then stir in orange zest and cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until cold.

Stir chilled custard; freeze in 1 or 2 batches in ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Add strawberries when ice cream is semi-frozen and allow machine to mix in, then stir in the jam or jelly and do not over-stir.

When finished, ice cream will be soft, but ready to eat. For firmer ice cream, transfer to freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Strawberry Cheesecake Recipes Ingredients :
Crust:
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake:
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), in syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then cool. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour half of the batter over the crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect. Bake at 300°F. for 50-60 minutes or until set. Allow cheesecake to cool then remove from rim of pan. Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Try this nice strawberry cheesecake recipe !
Ingredients:

* 10 oz. frozen strawberries
* 5 Tbsp. sugar
* 2 tsp. lemon juice
* 2 cups raw almonds
* 2 oz. unsalted butter, softened
* ½ tsp. kosher salt
* 1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
* 7 ½ oz. sugar
* 3 large eggs, at room temperature
* 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
* 12 oz. sour cream, at room temperature
* 4 oz. chocolate, 50-55% cacao recommended, chopped finely
* 4 ½ oz. heavy cream
* ½ large egg, obtained by beating 1, weighing, and using half

Instructions:
For the strawberry puree:

* In a small sieve, thaw strawberries over a small saucepan and strain out the juice completely by pressing down on the strawberries with a spatula. (Reserve pulp -- it should be about 5 oz.) Simmer the juice over medium-high heat and reduce to a third of original volume, about 2oz.
* Add 2 Tbsp. sugar to reduction and stir to dissolve. Place juice, pulp, and lemon juice in food processor and blend. Set aside to cool.

For the almond crust:

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
* Pulverize almonds, 3 Tbsp. sugar, and 1/4 tsp. salt in food processor until crumbly. Add butter and pulse to combine.
* Press into bottom and sides of 9” springform pan (2.5” tall)
* Bake 15-20 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Set aside to cool while you make the cheesecake.

For the cheesecake:

* Beat cream cheese and 7.5 ounces sugar until very smooth (about 3 minutes) in a stand mixer at medium speed using the whisk attachment.
* Add eggs, one at a time, scraping bowl and beating after each just until smooth. Add vanilla & 1/4 tsp. salt and beat until incorporated.
* Beat in sour cream, then 2/3 cup of the cooled strawberry puree.
* Wrap the springform pan with a double layer of aluminum foil. Pour batter into crust and place pan in a bain marie (hot water bath, see photo above).
* Bake 45-55 minutes, until set.

With about 5 minutes to go before the cheesecake is done, make ganache topping:
* Boil cream. Pour over chocolate and let sit a minute. Whisk gently until chocolate is melted and smooth. Gently whisk in egg.
* Spread over hot cheesecake (careful, and don’t pour it all in one place as cheesecake is fragile). Make pretty the top by swirling with knife or spatula.
* Bake 12-15 more minutes until ganache is set along the sides. Remove cake from oven and place on a cooling rack, with a large mixing bowl over the pan. (This allows it to cool slowly.) When it reaches room temp, refrigerate. Chill 8 hours before unmolding.
* To unmold, run a thin blade knife around the cake pan sides. remove springform. Gently slide cake onto serving plate. Cut cake with knife run under hot water, then dried. The strawberry cheesecake recipe is ready to serve...nice !

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 325°F
2. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly into bottom of pan.
3. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and set aside.
4. Raise oven temperature to 350°F.
5. Beat 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon peel with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
6. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg is added just until blended. Pour into crust.
7. Bake 50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
8. Drain strawberries, reserving liquid. In a medium saucepan add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1/2 cup then mix in cornstarch, blending well.
9. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Cool, then stir in the strawberries and spread evenly over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving....the strawberry cheesecake recipe is ready to serve,..enjoy it ! Nice !
